This document outlines the legal and regulatory obligations of Zia Bot and Nerd Hub AI/API platforms in accordance with applicable laws in Pakistan, the European Union (EU), Germany, and under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes data processing, transparency, user rights, security, and platform responsibilities.

1. Data Collection & Usage
Under PECA and the proposed Data Protection Bill, we must inform Pakistani users of:

2. Data Retention
We retain user data only as long as needed to provide services and fulfill legal obligations. If a deletion request is received, we will respond within 14 days.

4. Security
All data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive metadata such as IP addresses are hashed and stored using irreversible encryption (SHA-512).
